Strung on waxed Brazilian cord, made with Kunzite, Peridot and Lepidolite round beads (6mm).

Features Miyuki Duracoat® glass beads (choice of galvanized silver or gold -plated)*.
Finished with Clear Quartz (4mm) beads and a sliding knot closure.

PERIDOT:
Peridot is a powerful energetic cleanser on all levels, used to energetically balance the swings of bipolar disorder.

KUNZITE and LEPIDOLITE:
Both Kunzite and Lepidolite contain Lithium. 

Lithium has a powerful effect on the balance of the mind. In fact, lithium is found in many anti-anxiety medications and is one of the most widely-used and studied treatments for bipolar disorder. It has been shown to reduce the frequency and severity of manic episodes and may also help relieve or prevent depression. Studies have found that lithium can reduce suicide risk among some bipolar patients. It acts on the central nervous system, activating neurotransmitters that stabilize moods and behaviour.
