Features Miyuki Duracoat® glass beads (choice of galvanized silver or gold -plated)*.
Finished with Clear Quartz (4mm) beads and a sliding knot closure.

Bloodstone is a powerful revitaliser and said to also be useful in helping to stabilise the hormones throughout menopause.

MOONSTONE:
Moonstone balances hormonal cycles, being excellent for PMS … regulates menstruation and menopause.

LEPIDOLITE:
Lepidolite stabilises mood swings and is excellent for the menopause.
