- Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: items that were on sale, any "ready-to-ship" items, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Requests for returns/refunds for the following cannot be accepted:
- any items that appear (slightly) different in colour [either due to different display monitor/screen settings, or any striations/markings on natural gemstones]
- any items that have been damaged or broken due to improper care
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at binksybracelets@gmail.com.
Please return all items in their original packaging and via a tracked service to avoid any possible losses etc.
Using Royal Mail's online sending service should cost £2.85 (Tracked 48).
